We are aware of a series of ongoing issues with Turvo impacting several brokers and have been in direct correspondence with them on trying to resolve and remediate these issues. With that said, we want to ensure that the impact of these tickets is being seen both on the TriumphPay side as well as Turvo so that each of these can be reviewed within the respective system. While we have not seen anything directly tied to a root cause on the Triumph side, we are diligently reviewing the examples as they come in and trying to interface with Turvo as much as possible. We want to ensure that Turvo has the same opportunity so we ask that you please also create ticket with Turvo detailing the issues you are seeing in the hopes that we can jointly come to remediation of this problem.
We are providing an update on the ongoing service disruption. The Middle East (UAE) Region (ME-CENTRAL-1) has suffered damage as a result of the conflict in the Middle East and is currently unable to reliably support customer applications. While some workloads continue to function normally, we strongly recommend customers migrate all accessible resources to other Regions and restore inaccessible resources from remote backups as soon as possible. Relevant billing operations are currently suspended while we restore normal operations in this AWS Region. This process is expected to take several months.
